Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy because you have changed your mind, or ordered the item in error, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide photographs of the items.Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To initiate a return, please email celia_liu@wanyifabolt.com or the website "Chat With us!" firstly. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send the package.

The standard Return and Refund procedure is as follows:
1.Buyer submits a refund application with sufficient proof of purchase
2.Buyer returns the product together with all accessories and original packaging at the buyer's expense
3.Wanyifa receives and checks the returned products from buyers
4.Wanyifa issues a refund of the purchase price to the buyer,shipping costs and any import taxes we pay will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are not available in the following cases, including but not limited to:
1. Insufficient proof of purchase
2. Buying from an unauthorized reseller
3. Lost or stolen product
4. The 14-day period has expired
5. Products acquired for free or through giveaways
6. Damage caused by third-party repairs
7. External factors (fire, flood, power outage, chemical corrosion, etc.)
8. Damage caused by improper use of the product (drop, extreme temperature, water immersion, improper handling)

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives, if the item is defective, damaged, received the wrong item or not received the item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Remember to include photographs that clearly illustrate the problem.
We will cover all costs associated with returning the item to us, and provide you with a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Refund
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.

About Fees
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the hardware in transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any refund amount does not include shipping.

Shipping Damage
If we receive your returned product and find that the goods were damaged in transit or otherwise and you are not insured, we will deduct a portion of the loss from your payment based on the extent of the loss, otherwise we have the right to reject it. Therefore, be sure to check the zero position before returning the product. Whether the accessories are complete or not, please confirm before returning, if there is any problem, we will contact you in time.
